One of the most fundamental challenges facing public administration is how to maintain and promote political trust in government and governmental organizations. Transparency as one of the indicators of good governance can be one of the ways that government officials should pay attention to achieving political trust, but pay attention to the relationship between the two. That is, political transparency and political trust have been neglected by the authorities. Zetomka's theory of self-institutional institutionalization has stated five structural reasons for the production of trust and the emergence of a culture of trust: The third structural reason for Ztomka is political transparency, which is expressed as a structural factor and basis for building trust, which is considered in this article. It seeks to understand the relationship between political transparency and political trust. Therefore, the main question of this article is: What is the relationship between political transparency and political trust?
