The purpose of this study was to present a model of strategies to support the consumption of Iranian goods in the national media. The research method is qualitative and is based on data theorizing. Baseline interviews were conducted to collect evidence. Purposive sampling was used to conduct 15 interviews with media and communication experts. The findings showed that with regard to educational, supervisory, entertainment, modernization and developmental functions, de-escalation and propaganda were identified through economic, cultural, managerial and political strategies. The intervening conditions affecting the protection of domestic media consumption in the national media included four categories of communication damages, social damages, structural damages, and ethical damages. Four categories of communication capital, structural capital, cognitive capital, and intellectual capital were identified for contextual contexts affecting domestic media consumption. The socialist, ethical culture of tolerance has been identified and, ultimately, the result of applying national media strategies, we are achieving a media that safeguards national interests and human dignity.
