Researchers in the field of communication science, in contrast to areas such as psychology, encounter a lack of a set of standard questionnaires when conduct a survey of Mass communications. In order to solve this problem, researchers use researcher-made questionnaires, often due to lack of standardization, . It is quite obvious that they need for standardizing it. In addition, the provision of standard questionnaires can gradually provide a rich set of standard questionnaires for communication researchers. To standardize, this article first, determine the validity of the questionnaire by referring experts to them and calculate the value of the validity through the proposed formula, and then determine the reliability through Cronbach's alpha for standardization.
