This study examines the relationship between human skills and work satisfaction in Technical and Professional centers in 15 and 16 region of Tehran. This research is described in terms of applied research that uses descriptive method which stays on investigation . The study’s sample is 70 person of employees of Technical and Professional Centers in 15 and 16 region that working in the years 94-95. In order to data analysis, random sampling stage, non-parametric binomial test data, independent t-test, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis was used.
The results showed that there is a positive relationship between human skills of employees and their job’s satisfaction. There is no meaningful relationship between employee’s understanding with each other and the level of job satisfaction. It means that the employee's perception towards each other with an average of 3.37, is the lowest condition of human skills in Technical and Professional staff views.
There is a meaningful relationship between employee’s collaborative making decisions and their job satisfaction. There is a meaningful and positive relationship between employee’s interest to each other and their job satisfaction. There is a meaningful and positive relationship between employee’s vocational skills and their job satisfaction.
Eventually according the descriptive and analytical statistics of the reaearch, there is a meaningful and positive relationship between human skills caused by employee’s character and their job satisfaction.
