The purpose of this research was to study the role of information technology in improving public relations performance from the viewpoint of managers and employees of Iran Khodro Company. In this study, to evaluate the performance of the organization, performance is divided into three dimensions and each dimension In the form of a set of questions, the general dimensions are: internal processes, employees, and learning, innovation, and in the next step, the information gathered in relation to the above three items and to describe the relationship between the function of information technology and the organization's performance, and Explanation of the data.
In the theoretical chapter of this research, we discuss the definitions of technology and information technology, the history of information technology evolution, familiarity with the types of information technology, information and types of information systems in the organization. In the following, we look at the technological processes, the types of organizational communication technologies and their effects on communication patterns and communication outcomes.
In the next section, we also examine the organizational performance and, with the definitions of the organization, we describe the factors affecting organizational performance. The statistical population of this research was all staff members and managers of Iran Khodro Communications Company. Using the scanning method and questionnaire technique, the required data was collected using SPSS software package and descriptive and analytical statistics methods. The extracted is analyzed.
