The purpose of this study is effective factors (human, management, welfare, education, technology, organizational factors and business environment) in improving the quality and quantity of IRNA news content (from the viewpoint of reporters, editors, chief editors and managers of IRNA). In terms of the purpose the current study is an applied one and in terms of method of data collection is descriptive-correlation. The population in the present study consists of staff working in the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), including reporters, editors, chief editors and managers that are 150 people. By using classified sampling, 100 people were selected. Since this study is quantitative, the data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data collection method were applied by distribution of questions between reporters, editors, chief editors and news managers of IRNA, and its completion by themselves and then the questionnaires were collected. In the current study, the validity of measures of the research was done through face validity and construct validity and the Cronbach's alpha method was used to measure the variables stability. For data processing SPSS software was used. Tables, graphs, descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation, regression, Path analysis and population mean) is used to analyze and describe the results. The results of correlation test showed that there is a significant relationship between humanities, managerial, welfare, educational, technological and organizational factors. The regression results revealed that variable (factor) variables of manpower training (45/0) and technology (40/0) have the highest impact and human variable and factors (15/0) have less impact on the quality and quantity of news content. In addition, the population mean test showed that factors (managerial, welfare, educational, organizational and technology in the IRNA news agency are in good condition and IRNA human factor is not in good condition.
